Meditation with the Tarot

 

In this section we are going to go including different ways to use the Tarot for meditation. 

When we meditate we must focus our attention on something, this could be our breath, a mantra, a candle flame ... or a Tarot card, for example. 

If our state of relaxation and concentration allows us we can obtain a good fruit of this meditation because we can connect with the powerful energy emanating of the Tarot cards. 

Although it is best for us that we do not have expectations we just have to practice these meditations and enjoy those magical moments.
